I've been a long time fan and patron of Five Guys for their patties and topings and especially of that location. Today was the last time I'll eat there. Party of 4, we met a fifth person who had already gotten a shake. I asked if I could use the mens room, wanting to wash my hands before dealing with any food after spending time outdoors. They said I had to order something first because the bathroom is for customers. I said that we are customers, and that I just wanted to use the mens room while the rest were looking at the topings. Was told my pickup order was still being made even after I placed it 20 mins ago. I was told 5 more minutes and I waited for 17 before getting up and asking them. They had the food sitting on a counter without telling me and when I asked for refund because the fries were soggy and the burger was cold I wasn’t given one. Worst customer service very ever would not recommend.

I ate the best hamburger today. French fries fried in peanut oil are so delicious, and the meat patty of the hamburger is also light and delicious. It is famous for three major hamburgers in the U.S. Suggest.

Poor Service after a long time where we used to go for wonderful burgers. The three star reflects the cost to quality staff try hard but still they can only serve what is inside there. Store rooms wonderful company. Sad to see how it’s going.
