I recently visited Ashford & Simpson’s Sugar Bar and had a delightful dessert experience! I tried their strawberry crepe, which was fresh, sweet, and beautifully presented — the strawberries were juicy and complemented the light, fluffy crepe perfectly. This place was recommended to me as a last minute crave for a sweet treat… and what a waste of time. I walked in with my sister, only one person was working and two patrons were sitting finishing their order. The girl behind the counter was making a crepe ( with a puss face) adding ingredients, folding the crepe and finally finishing and placing the crepe in a container. By then the other customers had left and my sister and I waited to just be acknowledged. Ok not a word or even a nod or a glance our way. Such a cute interior- pretty for dates or just desserts with the kids, friends, or family. There’s a parking lot. Bathroom was not clean with hair all over the sink. Service was quick and he was very patient as we were trying to figure out what we wanted. Sugar Bae Cafe is one of my go to's for desert. I love their crepes so much. Usually go with a strawberry banana crepe w/ nutella & pistachio creme. So good! The staff are super nice and patient!
