Food was good. Service absolutely sucked. We were the only ones there at first. Waitress was seated at the bar on the phone. Tried to give us napkins she picked up off the floor. We got plastic silverware. No greeting, just asked if we knew what we wanted. Had the phone in her hand while taking our order. Forgot to get our drink order. Did not check to see how our food was. We usually have good service here. This was terrible. Our waitress stayed on the phone, video call the entire time we were at the restaurant. A few times she did put the phone down, but did not end the call.

The best Waffle House in the Piedmont Triad. I have visited this location numerous times and without fail, they have the best staff and service by far. It is always clean and efficient. The loaded hashbrowns with a side of bacon is my favorite. Great smash burgers available as well. Consistent service keeps me coming back!
