First of all the location has the smallest portion of the chicken fingers! I don’t know if it’s a company wide recipe change or not. The chicken use to be half the size of my hand but now it’s barely bigger than my thumb. Secondly the employees here are all rude. I went drive through with my wife. There was a kid taking orders outside next to the menu. He was making fun and laugh and very nice to the car in front of us. When it’s my turn he changed to a poker face with “leave me alone” written all over. After I got the food, I found that they only gave me 4 pieces instead of 6 (I paid $18+)

It was my mom's first time going. And my kids they all loved it. My mom find out way I did not 9rder the big basket. Has 4 tenders she had no idea. How much food was there. Went to the one of hilllands ranch. Good staff and clean area.

Family of 6 that loves Cane's but last night's drive through experience was terrible. In line to order at 8:01 pm 3 cars away from ordering/8 cars away from pickup window and received food at 8:24pm. 23 minutes to get our food! It appeared part of the ordering system went down but not the payment system (they were happy and easily able to take our money). It's not the reason for the two-star review. Two other reasons: 1) Lack of contingency plan training: If you can take our money, figure out a way to move the drive through orders. Shout out or hand write orders. Figure it out. But last nigh

It was really tasty food, me and my friend got a 3 piece meal each. It was a little overpriced I would say, coming to a 21 dollar total. The decorations were amazing!
