About
We are a small mahi‘ai (farmer) owned and operated tree-to-bar craft chocolate factory in Hilo, Hawai‘i. Our Hawaiian cacao is grown organically with no spray practices and processed in the European style of chocolate making. We only produce small batches that are stone ground, and preservative free!
