Multiple times orders have been received with incorrect items, DESPITE the menu showing the correct item! And that's IF you get a screen that's working... They have some of the best ice cream/dessert choices in town, but this is infuriating.

The burgers are always awesome. But for the past few times, the blasts are weird. The ice cream has a grayish brownish tint. It’s also liquid when given to us. Like liquid liquid. Not even sticking them in the deep freezer for an hour or so makes them solid. Blasts should need a spoon, and milkshakes straw. Just clean the machines and do a detailed maintenance check.

HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!! Waiting over 30 minutes for 1 jr burger, small nuggets and drink. Not to mention previous experience, the corn dogs had raw batter

Lately I've been ordering off the app for 1/2 price drinks, cherry limeade and strawberry slush, it seems that when this is done you don't get much of the flavoring. (Drinks look nothing like the pictures) Now I ordered at regular price 3 days before this and it was much different, I had lots of flavor, I think I'm done with sonic
