Food was so fresh! Coffee fresh! Staff is supper friendly and fast! but they didn’t seem short staffed. so you get seen maybe 1 time during the whole time unless you flag someone down. But honestly the food was so fresh I was very satisfied either way.

My food came out quickly, and she made sure everything was perfect the whole time I was there. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. She definitely deserves a raise! They had a great playlist when we went on a Friday around 3pm. They also answered the phone promptly and explained the difference between ‘all you can eat’ and ‘bottomless’ pancakes! Food came out really well and quickly. Brenda G our server pre-fired another order of pancakes in a splendid anticipation that made us happy! She also let us grab our straw for the drink refills to save the planet!

First thing to mention is that the waitress Ursula was simply phenomenal. She was the only waitress on duty! She checked on our table several times she... Was friendly and fast and very competent... When you see people like this...you wonder why others don't strive to be as exceptional. Ordered the $6 breakfast value meal which was amazing because you can't find a place to go for a $6 meal... But I will admit that I ordered a hamburger meal on top of that and ate the whole thing... The food was excellent... The waitress was beyond excellent... To be quite honest I thought IHOP was a second
