I was there on 12/27/2025 I left with no food. They got the order wrong, the manager made me feel like it was my fault. They should have offered to make the order correctly, but instead asked the people that cooked in Spanish, and I speak Spanish so I understood what he said. They made it seem like I was wrong. I was very disappointed on how they handle customer service, but I saw that on Yelp, this location has terrible reviews as well. Will not be going to this place, I tried calling to speak to the Manager again so I can get a refund, they never answered the phone. PLEASE dont go to t

I have been going to this location for years and usually use drive thru and it is fine but I went inside to order and I paid on the kiosk and then was waiting and the cashier claimed I didn’t pay. I didn’t bother to get a receipt so she was trying to charge me twice. Luckily I had paid with apple pay and not my card so I was able to open my wallet and show her I had paid. But it was super sus. Also the food was wrong I asked to sub potatoes for beef because I’m a vegetarian and I got home and it was beef and potatoes. Smdh.

The first thing that I noticed when I walked in this taco bell was the friendliness of the staff. They sported a nice smile and took the order quickly. The dine in was relatively empty. The restaurant was nice and clean. I tried their crispy tacos and nachos with chilli. The tacos were amazing and their nachos were nicely overloaded with chilli unlike other places.

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme, asked to substitute meat for beans. Order was made with meat and no beans. Asked for it to be remade and the guy working in the back making food went out back to the parking lot forgetting it was in the oven. Delivered me a burnt crunch wrap supreme. Poor service, will not go back.
