Any of their iced lattes are amazing! The orange dreamsicle latte was super yummy and I appreciated how the citrus flavors came through. They also have a really good draft latte. Plenty of tables for 1-2 people but fewer options for larger groups. Caveat is a super solid coffee shop in Homewood and I would highly recommend stopping by!

I have absolutely loved Caveat over the years, but something has changed about some of their menu items. Recently it’s been a hit or miss. I have absolutely loved their Orange Dreamsicle drinks, one of my favorites in Bham. My only issue recently has been the quality of their matcha… I’m a big fan of good quality Matcha, but unfortunately Caveat just doesn’t have it. I recently ordered one, and it was quite stale and tasted expired… It also had a murkier color than matcha should have. This coffee shop is THE CUTEST, and on top of that they have the best coffee and pastries. I’ve always loved going here while shopping around Homewood and the back patio is super cute. I only recently discovered that there is a whole other seating area downstairs!! My best friend threw a bridal shower for me at Caveat a few weekends ago and it was the perfect venue. Good amounts of seating and after hours there was enough parking! So well decorated too. Can’t say enough good things!

Came in to have a meeting and had a super solid experience. Ashvi crafted me a delicious Strawberry Matcha. There is plenty of places to study, work, both upstairs and downstairs, big fan of the outside patio as well.
