Simmering has changed here with service. It’s great! And the food was what I expect. Hot and Taco Bell! Unlike the Chanhassen Taco Bell, these people know how to make the food as it’s always been. Come to this one when you’re craving a run to the border.

Nice new building and friendly staff. I do wish their menu would have a little more variety and be a little more consistent. It seems every time I have been to a Taco Bell I can't find the items I really liked the last time I was there. I believe it was the chicken burrito with a lime flavored Baja sauce. Couldn't find it.

This is my second time trying this location in-person because ordering on Doordash/Uber Eats is thrown all over the place and it normally cold even though I live 5 mins from the store. But anyways, the customer service is horrible, I asked about a free item I received in an email from corporate and the "manager" had no idea how to use it on the kiosk he blatantly told me "idk". So I had to do a mobile order in store just to redeem my item. Then the atmosphere in cold like hospital level cold so I guess that means you better scrap your food down fast. Idk this location is too empty for the serv

so I went to this location in 4/28 and im still waiting on corporate to call me back. This is unacceptable the nacho fries seems like they are days old the burrito Supreme was horrible which was remade before I left but still missing the steak that I paid extra for. the tacos tasted very old and the thing is the restaurant was completely empty so it wasn't like they was busy. I called corporate multiple times and was told a district manager would call me and no one has called and when I called back they lied and said someone spoke with me and lied again and said someone will call by the end of
