The girl that took our order was busting her tail up in there working! I mean running! Back to the kitchen to help make food, to the drive thru to take orders, and taking and handing out orders in the lobby. And all of our food and I do mean all of it was hot, crispy and fresh and we ordered like 80$ worth of a little bit of everything. All kinds of appetizers, meal deals and family bundles. ALL hot and fresh!

I ordered online for pickup. I told my husband when he left to get it to look in the bags and make sure we got everything. Of course he didn't. I knew when he only had one bag he didn't have the whole order. We were missing two meals and an order of clams. We took what we got with us and went to Captain D's. The manager was at the counter when we walked in. He already knew we must've not gotten all or right order. He apparently was having trouble with a cook that night. He was very nice and apologetic. I eat here because it is close and fish is the only meat I eat. I came here often because the manager was kind the staff was friendly and the food was pretty good for a fast food joint. I now have been here a couple times since the manager I knew and loved is no longer there and have not had the best quality food or wait time. I used to overlook the occasional issue, but not it seems to be a recurring theme. This time I waited 25 minutes and they were not slammed o got food that some of which had clearly sat and lost its appeal for sure! I once came here often and now I will think twice before
