I can definitely appreciate the most delicious and flakiest layers of the pastries at Shakkar. I can taste the passion and artistry in every bite. What I love the most is the creativity and surprise in every pastry, always something new! Keep up the great baking and Thank you for being so talented 🙏🏻

What a unique place! Had a wonderful coffee and glaub jamon croissant as recommended by Nemo. I’d love to come back when I’m in Houston!

Really good pastries. We were skeptical given the long hours but the pastries were beautiful and tasted great. We got the morning bun, blueberry cream cheese danish, chocolate chip cookie, lemon meringue tart, brownie croissant, and almond croissant. Everything was good and worth getting against except the cookie - it tasted a little off. The pastries were a little too crispy, not flakey but we still had a good experience overall Came back and tried a couple more things: the dulce de leche Cronut, strawberries and cream waffle croissant, Dulce de leche cookie, pbj croissant, and creme brulee
