Stephen Burton★Went into this location on 4/3 around noon and they definitely missed the mark. Wait times were excessive. Waitress forgot half the items ordered, refills after 30 minute's. Food was not hot, hashbrown tasted like someone just left scopes on the cool side of the grill. Mashed potato portion was like half a 12 scope. Mashed were probably out and someone didnt want to refill them. Its Bob Evans so brand products make the food tasty even if cold but for 20$ a plate these experiences make me want to stay home.

Admittedly it wasn't very busy but the place was spotless and the service was excellent. I would recommend eating here.

Computers were malfunctioning, although the manager was able to keep the staff and patrons moving steadily and in good spirits. When the food arrived at the table they didn't disappoint.
