I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location around 7:25 PM. The staff member behaved extremely rudely with me and showed no respect at all. I paid for my food with my own money—it was not free—yet I was treated very badly. Customers expect basic manners and professional behavior, which was completely missing. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management takes this issue seriously.

My wife and I had a 2 footlongs for 12.99$ coupon. We both got the Chipotle Steak on wheat bread. The 2 young ladies were cordial and friendly. They did not bat an eye when I asked they go heavy on the onions, black olives and banana peppers. Do not eat at this establishment. I went to this Subway on 10/7 around 6:20pm with my girlfriend. We ordered two footlongs through the mobile app. We sat down inside to eat. We realized that both sandwiches were wrong and not what we ordered at all. We went to the counter to let the staff know, and they took the sandwiches back to the prep area.
