K K★★★I usually love this location. Irritated that they served a side salad like this. It’s not even filled up in the container. It’s just lettuce. When I get one in the bowl when I eat in it’s a nice presentation with actual other stuff other than lettuce.
Robert Brubaker★Been waiting for over 3 weeks for a response. I received the wrong order with Lasagna. I have left voicemails and wrote into the Corporate Office in Lexington. They do not care. This location is usually on point. Could have been easily easily resolved with a refund. I received Meat Sauce which I do not eat instead of Marinara. Still no resolution. This place is a joke. This Company is a joke that does not care about their Guests. Owner below says his apologies once again...nobody apologized to start. This was an easy fix.

I received exceptional customer service and I would’ve liked to have the opportunity to show that by giving a tip which apparently this company does not offer that bonus option for their employees. They should change this immediately!

It was very filling, tasted great, and was surprisingly cheap! The staff were friendly and the wait for the food was not long at all, despite being part of a large group order. I’d recommend anyone in the area to try this location out for some great Italian comfort food!
