Pretty typical Mongolian-style grill. You choose your meat, veggies, and sauces from the buffet and take it to the grill cooks to prepare. The meat is frozen, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but the overall flavor ended up being fairly mild. I skipped the seafood since it was sitting in juices, which wasn’t very appealing. There is a good selection of vegetables and plenty of sauces to choose from, and the cooks will add an egg if you ask, which is a nice touch. Fun place to eat where you get to select your own ingredients! Personally, I love loading up on my proteins and seasoning them just how I like it. The noodles are great too. This place gets pretty busy but the selections are always well stocked. Because this is buffet style, sometimes the oils aren’t cleaned off the counters in time. Otherwise, this is a good place to come if you want more bang for your buck.
