This location is so clean inside the lobby. The woman at the front was so nice, and everyone was working hard. There was another woman running out orders, it seems like this place is being run by a great staff and management. Food is always good too. The FRANCHISE OWNER is incredibly rude. We pulled into the drive thru and after a few seconds of no one speaking, we said “hello” to which she (because she was running the drive thru) responded with “you just pulled into the drive through, you need to wait”, then rushed us through our order, cut us off multiple times, and ignored requests. When we made it to the window, she cut my boyfriend off after he asked for the receipt saying “I’m not done!” Then slammed the door in his face. Unfortunately, the service at this location is consistently extremely bad and slow. I’m leaving this review after multiple visits where I experienced the same issue, so it is not an isolated situation. Today was by far the worst experience. After paying, I was instructed to pull into the “VIP” section and ended up waiting 25 minutes for my food. I had to get out of the car myself at min 18, and to make matters worse, the Sprites they gave us at the window when I paid, were pure soda water.
