Pretty sad seeing these locations be rundown by the city. Overall it’s a janky spot, restroom wreaked of smoke too. Tables need to share condiments. Coffee jugs have residue on them. Not sure if it’s this location because of where it’s located or if this is an issue across all establishments. Our waiter was very fast but because he was clocking out it felt a bit rushed. Not his fault as he was on his way out and the hostess decided to sit us in his area. Probably best for hostess to know when a waiter is about to clock out so she doesn’t sit guests in their area to allow for the new waiter to

My experience at IHOP was fantastic, thanks in large part to Claudia, our server. She was very attentive and helpful throughout our visit, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, especially the sirloin tips, and the service made the entire meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this IHOP for great food and excellent service!

Best golden onion rings I've ever had. Great portions!! Very presentable very fresh. The meat is very juicy very fresh delicious. Perfect burger. The service here is quick and friendly. Our meal came out within less than 10 minutes. I recommend honey barbecue onion burger. And the bacon avocado burger. You guys are looking for a good lunch or breakfast I recommend this place come now for this delicious food.

Visited on a Sunday morning with my husband. We were seated within minutes and everyone was friendly. The food came out fast and everything tasted good. What stood out to me was our server, Lauren P, she was sweet and attentive.
