Must be under new ownership or management. Ordered from here for years. Manager was very rude when I called to tell them there was no spinach or bacon in my bowl and no extra black olives on the pizza. Plus the receipt shows that they were out of mushrooms so instead of refunding the cost they said they added extra of other stuff!?!?

My girlfriend and got carry out for lunch today. The lady working there was friendly, helpful and she brought our order out to us. The pizza and calozone were delicious. I highly recommend!!

Treats customers with total disrespect, questioned why they did not wear gloves or wash before they were handling ingredients and putting it on the pizza. Several customers in line had an issue with that. They blatantly told us that they didn’t have to wear gloves, Because Janice with public safety told them that they didn’t have to. So I asked them, so you choose not to wear gloves because it is a public safety issue. They said well we don’t have to according to the health department. I told them I’m out and you can just keep your pizza. So folks, you are getting pizza from disrespectful peop

Marcos is one of my favorite pizza places the Woods Chapel location is amazing and ALWAYS has quality/amazing looking and tasting food but I was disappointed with this location this is my first time ordering from this location and probably my last the pepperoni and beef pizza had super dry overcooked ground beef thrown on top and my pineapple pizza was literally gummy and underdone and the toppings were also basically uncooked still cold. I picked my order up on time so I’m wondering if they took the pineapple one out too soon my babies didn’t want to eat it and they love Marcos. The customer
