The food seems to have really gone downhill for Wendy's overall. $3.50 for a jr bacon cheeseburger with barely any meat. Cheapest you can do is delicious nuggets 4 PC for $2 in the biggie bags. At least those are still good but I'm still shocked they completely changed all their well known sauces.

After paying the person said to pull to the front so they can make some fresh patties. They offered a frosty which was nice and promised fresh fries. 30 minutes later (which is wild to even sit there for that long without any update while a person is acting serving the drive through) I ask about my order and they told me they might of given my order to the wrong person and the fries I got weren't even fresh either. This place has been consistently bad for years.

Unfortunately it's not possible to give zero stars. So having to give a one star is a reach. I am a food service worker myself, and the quality of food they have decided is ok to serve is absolutely unacceptable. Cold food that literally sits in the danger zone or below, leaving a breeding ground for fordborne illness. They say they need workers, but aren't doing too much to really achieve that seeing as myself a manager of a store in independence having left my contact information up there with the General Manager, zero attempts to reach out. This is not an excuse to serve food like this. Nee

I thought the chicken sandwich would've been a little bigger but it was still delicious
