I just left the drive thru. Awesome customer service from the girl that gave me my food. Her name started with a K. Very pleasant demeanor. She did not mind when I asked for for a straw or napkins. My Frape was great however my fries were luke warm & soggy. She said we were waiting on my fries but those fries were not hot at all. I'm still giving them a high rating because the customer service was great. Much better than the Monroe Road location I also just left a review for. These 2 McDonald's are just a few miles apart but the customer service was MILES apart!

I just want to give this review in reference to the dining area. When I walked in all the tables were dirty. Food from other customers left everywhere. Food and debris were under the table. What I liked was the manger noticed the dining area was in a need for clean up. The manager immediately came out and cleaned up. Swept up, wiped the tables down. Restocked things near the soda station. I did like the Halloween decorations. Besides that my food came to my table hot. The young woman brought my food with a smile. I got the new HUNTER/X meal and it was phenomenal other than the fact they forgot my sauce I mean I get it your busy and whatnot so yeah not upset but if you were out of them it would of been nice to gotten told that. But otherwise ama,ing service. The guy at the first windows was nice, he repeated my whole order to make sure it was right. I would highly recommend this McDonald's but only this location I haven't been to another and don't plan to so if your going to a new McDonald's go to this one.

I visited McDonald’s for a quick meal, but the wait time for the food was longer than expected. The staff was polite, but the overall experience felt a bit slow during my visit. Because of that, I decided to go to Marco’s Pizza just 2 minutes away instead, and it turned out to be a much better choice. The pizza was hot, fresh, full of flavor, and the quality was much more satisfying for the price. If you’re craving something tasty and fresh, Marco’s Pizza is definitely worth trying nearby.
