The woman working at 1030 this morning was terrible. Asked for my double meat sandwich to be toasted and my wife’s chicken strips to just be heated. Both were put in the toaster for 10 seconds. Asked for marinara on my wife’s and she went to the back and put cold sauce on it. After paying I checked the sandwich and sure enough both sandwiches were cold. Place has gone downhill since the new owners.

I went to a Subway and ordered a footlong sandwich with the same type of bread. Even though it was just cut in half, they charged me the price of two separate 6-inch sandwiches, which seems unfair. Another 6-inch sandwich I ordered was a different type of bread which they charged me the 6-inch price which is fair. I selected “no tip,” but somehow a tip was added to my bill, which I’m not happy about. Additionally, I noticed they use the same gloves when handling meat and vegetarian options, so I don’t think proper hygiene is being maintained.

The worst location!! We had a stomach pain for several days! Looks like chicken died a few days ago! The service is disgusting, they do not accept coupons and do not hear customers. Sandwich crushed, a lot of onions, no taste, ugh!
