🚫My first visit to Cafe Europe was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. A woman met us at the entrance, made eye contact, and gave us a very strange and hostile look. There was no greeting, no “hello,” no acknowledgment beyond that uncomfortable stare. Cafe Europe offers a nice, spacious atmosphere with a premium feel. Prices were a bit on the higher side, but that seems common for many cafés these days. The place was clean, quiet, and we even had the opportunity to play some board and card games, which was a nice touch 🎲 One area that could really improve is customer service. When we walked in, the employees behind the counter did not greet us and seemed either disengaged or pretending to be busy, even though the café was mostly empty. The place is beautiful! The chocolate croissant was delicious. It was weird they served me my croissant right away and then my son and I waited another 20 minutes for his food and our drinks. The place was empty. It was a Saturday morning right at open. They open late (10 am) for a place that serves coffee and breakfast items. I ordered a large latte and it was served in a small cup. The smoothie was over flowing the cup. His croffle was really good.
