My guilty pleasure! I always get a hot Fern's Fireside mocha, and sometimes the banana bread or cinnamon roll. I used to go nearly every day before work, but I have been limiting myself to 1-2/week to save money. The lovely baristas absolutely know their regulars and their orders. There are two I see most often, and they always make my mornings even a bit better--thank you both!!! ❤️ Prices are similar to Starbucks but the quality is much better. Like EVERYWHERE, prices have gone up in the past few years, so expect about $6-8 per 16-24oz coffee drink before tip. Overall, service is excellen

I visited this location around 9:20 PM and had a disappointing experience. The employee who initially took my order was friendly, she read out my total after I ordered and I realized I didn't have enough money before paying, so my friend in the passenger seat offered to pay. After paying for my drink, I assumed they understood that there would be another order since I had specified that the payment I handed over was only for the first order. However, after they began making my drink, I realized they were not expecting a second order. I tried to get their attention, but the employees were talki

i personally really like bigfoot and the drinks are super good, but recently every time i come back or hear someone else sharing their experiences with bigfoot, it just gets ruined. i havent personally gone yet to see their new summer policy, but ive heard a lot of my friends talking about it and i honestly think its really stupid. i dont understand why we’re only allowed to have 1 drink per car if there are multiple people in the car. i get that its probably supposed to help reduce the lines, but i feel like the lines could move way faster if some of the baristas stopped talking to their cowo

Me and my friends are long time customers that come almost everyday. Tonight we came at around 11pm on a Sunday and we were the only car there. We asked if we could do 2 seperate orders which is something we usually do and they have no problem accommodating even when busy. When we asked the worker on staff if we could do seperate orders she rudely cut us off and and said “no” we then asked if we could go around 3 times to which she replied “no” once again in a very rude tone. Overall this worker was very rude and I will not be coming back if she is working.
