hungerdontlai★★★★★This is my favorite place for roast duck, roast pork, and cha siu. The flavors here are spot on! The roast duck is always so juicy and tender. The skin on the roast pork is always super crunchy, with just the right amount of fattiness underneath. And when you get a good piece of cha siu that melts in your mouth, it’s heaven. Pair with white rice for the ultimate comfort meal. Seating inside is small, but they’re a very good option for takeout. Eat the roast pork immediately though for the maximum crunch. Faves: roast duck, roast pork, cha siu For more eats 🤩 IG @hungerdontlai TT @hungerdon
Eva M★★★I read some positive feedback about Famous Kitchen in the past. While I was in Issaquah, I decided to dine there. The place looked new-ish in a small plaza; several other restaurants are within sight. I yelp-checked every single one of them. All of them hover at about 3.5 stars, plus/minus some. Hmmm. Anyway, I kept the original plans and entered. They have a Chinese BBQ area that was being cleaned for the night, which makes sense. It was nearly 7pm on a Sunday. The menu had mostly ordinary Cantonese varieties with several less common ingredients like fermented bean curd, salted fish, and bitt
Jarod McNeill★★★★★Fun casual atmosphere. Great choices on the menu and very fast service. Lots of food options that are delicious. Can’t wait to return again!
Joyce Poon★★We came here for the first time for lunch today (Sunday) waiting for my daughter’s urgent care appointment and were seated by the door. We (a table of 3) asked to move to one of the bigger tables away from the door as my daughter wasn’t feeling well and she said it was a busy day and that they needed to save the bigger tables for more customers which makes total sense 𝙀𝙓𝘾𝙀𝙋𝙏 by the time we left, the restaurant was still empty and they let someone else with just 3 people sit at the table we had previously asked for 🤔 so the logic didn’t make sense and to top it off, we were never brought
