Ate here several times. And have tried a myriad of items. The only thing I didn't like is that they pile everything into one box. So this last time ordering GrubHub I put in the comments to please seperate everything. IT WAS PERFECT. Thank you so much for separating all my items out!! Very good food have eaten the ox tails, pork ribs, lima beans, mashed taters, green beans, mac n cheese, chocolate cake (slice could have been bigger but it was good). And of course the cornbread is perfect.

This used to be the place to go back in the days. The food had flavor. I had salmon, greens and potato salad. Everything tastes bland. The sausage on the salmon was trying to percolate but it just didn't have what it takes. The Salmon did taste fresh I will admit. The corn bread was much too soft. The peach cobbler was like the little engine that thought he could. It had crust but it wasn't made in the south. Soul food is a very hard dish to make. You have to feel it to make it come out right. So delicious! I ordered delivery for beef bbq ribs, mac and cheese, candied yams, and potato salad. Everything was spot on. Only thing was the fried chicken was a little under-seasoned for my liking, but the breading was good. Will order food from here again 👍🏽

I use to love this place, but tuh-day both this Tuna and Mac salads were HORRIBLE.. I mean straight 🗑. Frozen noodles and mayo is all there's to taste.. This is disappointing.
