Taco Bell has pretty good food I'll say that, but they have had us sitting and waiting here for over an hour. As soon as we pull up they start to make our order even though they said it was already finished, over an hour ago. The places food is good but the waiting time is wayyy too long for a fast food restaurant.

0 Stars. So the other night my wife and I stopped for a bite to eat. The girl at the counter was in training. So two people took my order and got it wrong. When I complained to the worker he went to the manager and the manager said he could not fix it unless I paid again for the same order. (another Taco) Pay for another Taco???? What? This manager was just mad because they had just screwed up another order just before us. And that person was very mad!!! But I know Taco bell really doesn't care. This is as far as this will go. But we will not be back! This place and the manager SUCKS!

I’m not one to eat fast food but it was Valentine’s Day and me and my partner were in the mood for something quick and easy after a fun filled day. And so we went and ate inside Taco Bell in James city and the staff were so friendly and having a good time and the restaurant was clean and in order as well. I recommend this Taco Bell.

I cant believe im writing a review with 5 stars for taco bell. I havent been to one in forever because of suspect service. This was my first visit to the havelock restaruant, and my luxe box was hot delicious and I am completely satisfied. I will wait in line here again, I now understand why there is almost always a line.
