Carl Sanders★I was really disappointed with my visit to Yo Yum. When I first walked in, there was no one around to greet or assist me. After a while, a server finally appeared, but the service didn’t improve much from there. They don’t offer any veteran or nurse discounts, which was a bit of a letdown. To make matters worse, when I asked the server not to tap my credit card, he still did it anyway, and his response was just a casual “my bad.” It felt like he didn’t really care about the customer experience. Definitely not the best impression, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
