Sam★★★★★I go to different places/cafes in New Orleans to achieve different things based on my own spiritual musings and experience . Z'otz always has a way of getting me out of a funky mood or re-igniting a fire. It feels like a good place to find or remember good ideas. I find a lot of musical inspiration here--lots of randomly good Spotify shuffles have happened here. The space is very polarizing-- both with dark and light at the same time. But I really like it cause it doesn't insist on itself or try to force its vibe onto you. It feels like the kind of place where all of the choices were made with
Kellie Jones★★★★★Awesome coffee house! It’s has a cool, eclectic college/emo/punk/goth vibe. I got the spicy chai and loved it!!
sweeta babeeta★★★★★Personally I love Z’otz. If you are not familiar with New Orleans, the city is a bit like Amsterdam. There is a taste of everything here from formal/conservative to informal/unconservative. Z’otz is pretty far out on the latter end. The decor embodies a quirky humor, slightly morbid, very ‘alternative’. Patrons are mostly quiet studying types the half dozen or so visits I’ve made. Music is very varied, and you might discover something new. Coffee and treats are reliable, but the charm is in the bohemian feel.
Josh★★★★★Moody little coffee house with fun someone and dragons themed decorations and roasted coffee. They have a good list of coffee drinks and some baked goods. They have three rooms with several tables in each. There is paid and free street parking nearby.
