I can’t believe it took me this long to try Caribbean Grill! I’ve been there three times in the past week because after the first visit I was completely hooked. Each time I tried something different and every single dish was incredible. This place is a must try in Johnson City. Wow! Is always so delicious and you will not leave hungry. The owner likes to bring us extra treats. Like the potato salad the day before Mother’s Day. We shared it since we had so many leftovers. We barely made it there before they closed at 3:00 with our daughter after a nice five mile hike.

This place is incredible! I'd always meant to go, and finally set aside some time. We got yucca fries, jerk chicken plate, the Pollo a la Brasa burrito, rice/beans, and jerk mac salad. PHENOMENAL. Just the right level of spices and very flavorful. I'm usually a person who doesn't like onions or peppers, but however they're cooked with everything just works so well together. The passion fruit iced tea is also super refreshing and on point! And to have such friendly and outgoing people working there, even better. Definitely going back here more and recommending it to others.
