This location is incapable of producing correct orders. Specifically the late night staff. I’ve not received a correct order in about a year. Yes, I’m an idiot and I keep trying. Most recently I ordered a Big Mac with extra cheese. I received a Big Mac with extra cheese but no burger meat. ZERO burger patties. How’s that even happen? How do you make a burger and forget the burger part of the burger? Are we high? Or blind? Or a blind high person? Can corporate send someone with flash cards to train the staff on what a burger looks like? Make sure to bring the cards with a photo of the meat.

6pm and they can't get shit right. First off no drink. Then I look in the bag. No fries. Leave and go to eat. Burnt Chicken nuggets. How shitty can you be.

I paid an extra $2 for a medium smoothie with whip cream. It looks like I got a half filled small. I tried calling a couple times once I got it but no one picked up the phone. I'm sorry to complain but this is not okay.

I went to buy some burritos for my kids, and they gave me nasty, reheated burritos from the day before. The employees always look sullen and angry, and whenever you make a purchase, you should always double-check your order—because something is bound to be missing.
