I ordered through the mobile app as I do all the time. I faithfully order two large coffees everyday. I spend about $170 a week at this location. Today when I went to pick up my order there was a sign on the door stating the cafe area was closed. I called, was told I had to go through the drive through to get my order, I asked can you just open the door and hand our orders to us. They said No, we can’t let anyone inside, I asked why in the world would you keep the online mobile ahead open if you can’t let anyone inside. She stated I do what I’m told. no long line but very slow for no apparent reason. they never ever listen to the request of light ice. sometimes don’t fill up the cup all the way.

My husband is STILL inside waiting for an order as I type this… he’s been In there for 35 MINUTES NOW and he asked for an update on our TWO coffees after waiting literally a half hour and they’re giving him an attitude. I’ve never seen anything like this, horrible horrible service we shouldn’t have had to pay for any of that. As I’m sure my egg sandwich is ice cold since it’s been a half hour since it came out 5 minutes after ordering. But two coffees, 35 minutes. He walked in at 8:34 and it’s currently 9:08 and he’s still waiting.

Everytime I come here (rarely) I remember why I never do. This is quite possibly the slowest location in all existence. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for a drink regardless if you order in person or on mobile. It never fails
