shannon hickman★★★I had to repeat my order 4 times because of all of the hollering and yelling by the staff my drive thru cashier couldn't hear me and I struggled to hear here . I didn't recieve napkins or a straw. The funny thing is I pulled out of the drive thru on Southwest drive because the rung my order up wrong 4 times . I have never experienced this much problems ever as an adult ordering food. The management needs to learn how to run these establishments in a more professional atmosphere
