I keep finding myself coming back here, but if I'm being honest, it's mostly because it's one of the only places in town with a decent pastry selection. That's why writing this review is frustrating. I want this place to be better than it is. On one visit, I ordered the pesto croissant. When they asked if I wanted it warmed up, I said yes, expecting it to be heated in an oven. Instead, it was sent staight microwave. It came out steaming hot, soggy, and lacking the flaky texture that makes a croissant enjoyable in the first place. The bigger disappointment was the filling. I got the Eggs Benedict. Food was high quality, fresh, and pretty sure their English muffins are homemade. I also got a pastry and a mocha and the mocha was perfect; not too sweet just perfect. Everything was amazing and the staff are very nice as well. Next time I come back I’m definitely returning to try something new because everything on their menu looks great.
