Nice upscale restaurant with good cocktails. Service was good and it was spectacular reprieve from back country camping. Crab bisque was lovely, the ribeye was greatly appreciated but under other circumstances would give it just a good, should be a slightly better grade but I was happy. The rye old fashion was spot on. Suspect bes restaurant in town.

me and my mother were driving down downtown Juneau on a Sunday night around 8pm looking for a place to eat that was still open. We aren’t locals so we were unaware of how upscale the restaurant was. Everything was pretty expensive, but that’s common for an upscale restaurant. The food wasn’t really that good and it’s as simple as that. The restaurant itself was quiet, not many people there that Sunday night, just us and 2 other tables. The bathroom has great lighting for mirror selfies.

The filet was delish!! I had mine medium well and it was cooked perfectly. My colleagues ordered medium rare and both agreed it was a bit too rare. The service was a bit lackluster. We had to ask for drink refills, asked for dessert, asked for the check.

My husband and I had breakfast this morning at SALT for the first time. It was fantastic! We started with a complimentary small bowl of Greek yogurt with granola and fresh berries and a really good cup of coffee. We ordered the donuts (house made donut holes), fresh squeezed orange juice, steak and eggs and a ham and cheese omelet. Both breakfast dishes came with a side of either hash browns or fried potatoes and choice of toast (toast was toasted on the grill which was delish!). If you haven’t been to breakfast here you really should try it - we’ll definitely be back. I wish I had taken
