I am extremely picky about barbecue pizzas and even more picky about mac and cheese pizzas. This is the only place in town that does them right, and on the same pizza no less. One of the biggest downfalls at most pizza places is that they just slop on a GFS mac and cheese (almost always too much, which makes the pizza soggy) and then they use a tub of pre-made barbecue pork. That's not the case here. The first thing I noticed was that the mac and cheese seemed to be made for the purpose of being put on a pizza. It was a little drier (which you want, because you're adding barbecue sauce and mo
