We have gone through the drive through so many times and the service is always very poor. I have even had a manager yell and argue with me in the drive through. I have also seen young girls that weren’t on their shift step back in the kitchen and serve up food. No uniform, no handwashing prior . Needless to say this McDonald’s in Kearney is one of the worst.

Went in there on Saturday, May 2 at around 2:30. There was hardly any customers in there and they could not keep up with the orders. There was no ketchup in the dispensers, extremely slow and all the tables were dirty. This used to be a pretty nice MacDonalds, it is not anymore. Very sad!

Waited in line at the drive thru forever. They took the order, paid for the order with the young lady with no social skills. Once I got to the pickup window they tell me they are all out of food at 9:00 in the morning. Would have been nice to know that before I ordered. Went to this McDonald’s twice in 2 days and the messed up both orders. I would never recommend going here.

Dirty in all aspects. Not one single clean table in the establishment. Needs restocked on everything. Most minimum maintenance McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Average McDonald’s experience food wise, nothing noteworthy. Managers need to take note and step up a bit.
