This particular Dutch Bro's is Not what I've experienced throughout Clackamas county and Portland county. I've been coming to Dutch for oh my goodness nine years or so and when I come in on my birthday past years they make my drink special for my birthday. Not at this Dutch in Keizer Oregon and the guy that took my order was rude too. Just thought I'd share my experience.

Today was the worst dutch experience ive had. First the guy taking my drink order said he couldn't add a sour shot. (Never been a problem before) then two separate people tried handing me the wrong drink through the window. Then when I got my drink it was PACKED with ice when I ordered light ice. I asked the barista if she made it correct and she lied straight to my face and said it was light ice. Hopefully its just this location because it was like I wasn't even at a Dutch bros.

So I’ve been coming to this Dutch since the seasonal drinks came out this year. For the passed month I’ve ordered my drink and the person who puts in the order either the wrong size, or forget soft top. just a few days ago they gave my mother in law the wrong drink and tried to give me a small when I asked for large that day. She didn’t know it was the wrong drink till we got home. At least five times in one month they’ve got our drinks messed up. Then want me to use my card for a dollar over the size difference when my card will charge extra for a little amount like a dollar. And I don’t like

Drive through Dutch bros. It was quick and great service as usual. Looks like they have 2 lanes going in but the merging is a bit mismanaged.
