I placed a pickup order at Chipotle Mexican Grill and the experience was unacceptable. When I got the bag, the food was everywhere inside. It looked like it had been thrown together with zero care. The packaging was a mess, the contents were spilled, and everything appeared dirty. It was honestly disgusting and not something I felt comfortable eating. I tried calling the restaurant to address the issue, but no one ever called me back. That lack of response made the situation even worse. We ended up throwing the food away and going to McDonald’s instead. Whoever packed that order clearly did

This was my first time ever coming to this chipotle location. I’m driving out of state and decided to stop here. When I got inside the restaurant there was no more steak so they put a new batch out. By the time I had already started paying I didn’t realize how red the batch of steak was. I then started eating to then notice how chewy, red, and cold this meat was. As I’m looking more at it there’s literally blood still coming out of some pieces. This absolutely so disgusting. 2 bites in and I’m already sick to my stomach this is literally breaking the FDA food code to be serving uncooked meet.

Worst Chipotle in Colorado. Avoid at all costs. The photo attached is apparently what constitutes a full burrito bowl with extra. I know the ceo hates us poor people. I will never give Chipotle my business again

I don’t come to this chipotle often. Most of the time it has been okay. I came in a couple nights ago around 10:15. They close at 11. As soon as I walked in, an employee noticed me and turned around and threw his hands down like he was upset I walked in. As I was ordering my food he barely talked to me. They were out of white rice and barbacoa which is my go to, but no problem I understand it was late at night. I get brown rice which was good. I got carne asada, which most pieces were supper fatty that I had to spit them out and the meat was luke warm at best. Not to mention the scoop of pint
