Well this was probably the last time we get Pizza Hut. We have tried this location multiple times, also the Bowles location. While the Bowles location has better customer service, the food has been pretty bad. This Ken Caryl location has really horrible customer service and the lobby as you walk in is covered in trash. We got home to open our pizza that we definitely are upset. The prices for this pizza are ridiculous and honestly a frozen pizza from the store has a lot more to offer. the staff where very nice but my melt was undercooked? i've never seen this i use rewards to get it so couldnt get a refund i had things to do so didnt have the time to wait for a reorder

Do not use for large group events. Called to ask how early I should place a large order of 15 pizzas and was told 3 days. So I placed an order on Tuesday 5/12 for delivery on Saturday 5/16 at 10:45am. Order went thru, received a confirmation email. Morning of the event, 5/16 I received a text at 10:15am that my order had been assigned to a door dash driver for delivery and they sometimes partner with them for deliveries. 10:45am I received a text from the door dash driver that he was at the pizza hut and the door is locked and no one is there. I replied that they open at 9am so there should be

Unfortunately, we've had nothing but issues with this pizza hut location, despite repeated attempts. Out of Pan crust at least 3 different times we've ordered. Wrong orders given at pickup. Using outside delivery services who take your food or don't pick it all up, even though you order through the Pizza Hut app to try to avoid this... And no way to report the issue in the app either. Impossible to get on the phone to fix issues as well. Clearly understaffed and unprepared.
