mangela hidalgo★★★★★i work super close to la cocinita and my work bestie and i get their food twice a week and we are obsessed. first of all, the sweetest man ever answers the phone and takes our order. customer service is 10/10. second, the food is so bomb. big ole portions and i once almost ate the plate. would recommend 💞
Luna Rose★★I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good atmosphere and quality pupusas. From the start, the service was disappointing—the waitress was inattentive, constantly on her phone, and had a bad attitude even as I was placing my order. To make matters worse, she removed my food and drinks before I was finished, making me feel unwelcome, as if she wanted me to leave. When I asked for the check, she ignored me multiple times, forcing me to repeat myself three times. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, and I will not be returning. Although I would love to say the pupusas were
William★This is the worst restaurant experience I've had after a year of living in New Orleans. The business smells like sewage, and strongly. I still made the mistake of trying the food. It was not fresh and cost 50% more than other Honduran places in the area (Los Catrachos #1), and it made my girlfriend and I sick. I brought the food back and explained the problem. They told me that they'd refund me for one chicken and plantain plate because too much of the other one was eaten. The two baleadas I hadn't even touched were not eligible for refund. Frustrating, but a small price to pay to find out
Omar Guido★★★★★Price is very acceptable plus their portions are more then enough, I would gladly recommend 👌
