I came approximately around 10:45 on Tuesday night June 16th. It was a long line, but the food was at the highest quality I have EVER had at any taco bell ever. The workers apologized for the long wait, but I was just off of work and in no rush. I ordered a cheese bean and rice burrito and a cheesy double beef burrito from the value menu. They were the BEST. I could immediately tell the time was put in making sure the food was at their highest standard. The burritos were perfectly firm, and actually had onions!!! I wanted to call the store directly to tell them they did excellent work. 100%

Was treated poorly for not rounding up to charity as I stated I was paying in exact change. I always pay cash and with (fairly exact) change. My total was $9.14. I gave $10.14 to receive a dollar back. I gave the guy my money and he smugly said “Exact change huh? Yeah, that’s not even exact.” Like dude, I thought I had four singles and five; turns out I didn’t. Regardless it’s an even number transaction. Sorry you had to do one extra step, but that is exactly your job. You would think I said something ill of his mother based on how much of a jerk he was. This was one of the rudest customer ser

They always forget something in my order probably totaling about $40 now worth of food. I did not receive ask if you want sauce and then don’t put it in the bag. awful customer service.

There was hair in my food more than one peice. Multiple items missing. Nothing was in the right meal boxes and the workers attitudes were just not good. I recommend going to some cheap corner store or gas station before going to this taco bell. IT SUCKED.
