Every time I come to this Bigfoot Java location in Kent the wait is ridiculously long. I’ve had to wait close to an hour just to get one drink. What’s frustrating is that while customers are sitting in line forever, the baristas are just standing around talking and then left fully and the room was empty while everyone waits. If you’re hoping for a quick coffee stop, this is definitely not the place. The service here is extremely slow.

Coffee is coffee. So taste is okay, watered down, but the problem was in the customer service. No line, just us. 4 baristas, one who took the order asked what we wanted and then turned right around and walked away talking to the others. Finally took the order, waited, started making it and then passed it down to someone else as they just stood talking to the others. They took about 10 minutes for just two 20oz coffees, very different temps, ones lukewarm and other slightly warm. No whip when requested. Side note, we usually get our coffee here and this time was just very watered down.

Most of the time when I come to this location in the morning/mid afternoon the customer service is amazing! But today was different. I pulled up to the window and the barista’s back was turned away from the window. Looked like she was chatting with another barista or someone at the other window. It took her about 3 minutes to realize I was at the window & when she finally opened it she did not apologize for the wait or even ask me how I was doing. No customer service whatsoever. I asked if I can have cream in my redbull and her exact words were “it’s your drink you can have it however you want

Please inform your customers why there is a 20min wait. You can at least walk out and say "Hi herd what's going on" instead of completely ignoring your 5 car back up. Only to drive up and realize the other side is completely open and after informing the baristas. They didn't care to tell the customers the other side is open. C'mon, iys called common courtesy.. I actually walked out of my car to inform people the other side is open. The girl that was working told the other guy this Asian guy to tell the people and walk out there the other side's open.
