Vegan approved!! I had the pleasure of dining at Singha Thai, where I enjoyed wonderful food and impeccable service. Pad Kee Mao is remarkably flavorful! This personal favorite of mine consists of stir-fried wide rice noodles, tofu, basil, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, carrots, broccoli, and bell pepper in brown sauce, prepared without egg and fish sauce. The dish's harmonious balance of sweet, salty, and umami flavors was very impressive. My meal was extremely satisfying. I enjoyed their appetizers as well: Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls, Tom-Kha Soup, and Crispy Golden Tofu. Oh,
