This El Pollo logo was really good when they first opened very nice employees. It was always very clean. The older white woman kept the dining area and the trash always taken out and very nicely kept when I went in there today there was a very rude young girl working who did not smile once and did not seem to enjoy her job at all my chicken was lukewarm and the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen. I sure can’t buy pieces that small at the supermarket. My mashed potatoes were only filled up halfway and I didn’t get any gravy I had to ask for Gravy. Not to mention my chicken quesadilla har

Apparently this is the last Pollo Loco headed east until you get to Dallas. Chicken was great as always. Although the sides as always leave a little bit to be desired. Picked it up on the way back East to eat later and was actually a good solid meal.

Worst El Pollo loco ive been to. Tonight the trash is over flowing outside littering into the parking lot.... and it was so smoky inside that the fire alarm went off and they had to open all the doors and the fire department showed up. Its always something with this place.

Read through some of the reviews and definitely think this location should be above a 4 star. Staff was over the top polite and helpful. Food is good for fast food. Much better than any of the typical burger or Mexican chains. The green salsa has a bit of spice and is definitely something to crave. Burrito could have had more chicken but overall prices were reasonable and the food was good. Make sure you give them a try.
