I went around 1:30pm on 6/12, and I found this shoe print on my bag. I didn’t notice until later in the day, and I first I thought it was mine. But it didn’t match my shoe, and if you look, it’s clearly a slip resistant work shoe! You guys really picked the bag up off the floor after someone stepped on it, and used it to bag my food? Really?

Jack in the Box has never really been my personal preference when it comes to fast food. For me, the menu feels more centered around convenience and late-night cravings than quality or freshness, and that is simply not the type of food experience I usually enjoy. My brother enjoys it, which is why we stopped there, and I can understand why it has a loyal audience, especially for quick comfort food. But personally, I tend to prefer places that feel a little fresher and more intentional with flavor and ingredients. If you are looking for an inexpensive late-night option, it may work for you. I

Jack is gonna be pissed. I eat here and realize I shouldn't expect much from Fast-food, but I should also not expect to receive a fly in my taco. I personally really love Jack in the Box and can tell this spot isn't the cleanest. My food usually always comes on time and does taste fairly well, but once again the cleanliness vibe feels off. These pictures pretty much give me proof this place needs some rehabilitation in cleaning. I know it can happen, Flys be flying, but its a real bummer when it's in your food. So much for finding an affordable snack from fast food that I was beginning to like

Great people and food. The owner needs to pay more attention to his business. The drive through has a large drop in the concrete that should be fixed and there is an outside light on the building that constantly flashes because the bulb is going out. It's been like that for a couple months. A quick update: someone needs to change the hours of operation sign on the window. It says the drive through is open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday but when I went through at 3am, all the lights were on and the signs lit up but no one would take my order.
