I am genuinely confused about what I just paid for. We ordered THREE Crunchwraps and somehow received three folded tortillas full of air and disappointment. There was no filling in the middle. None. Just a hard shell, some lettuce, a couple tomatoes, and what looked like two lonely crumbs of meat fighting for their lives. At this point, I feel like I did not buy food. I made a donation. Who has money to just give away like this? Because apparently that is what this experience was, a charitable contribution to Taco Bell’s No Meat Left Behind Except Ours program. Friendly staff, typical Taco Bell food. No complaints. It’s a bit hard to make a left into this building from Kirkwood road, there’s no stoplight. This is the second closest location from my house and, in my opinion, a bit more efficient than the one off of Manchester road.

I'm generous in my numerical assessment. I had not patronized the Kirkwood franchise in quite awhile, as it appears to be run by teenagers. I made a drive-thru visit on Sat., Mar. 21 at about 1:00. Ordered the Chalupa combo with a soft taco and Pepsi; requested beef filling instead of chicken, and paid for extra beef filling. Order was not correctly filled; Chalupas had chicken; soft taco might have had dab of beef filling. Chalupa shells were hard. I will not patronize this location again; advice to other reviewers: keep on driving to an honest-to-God Mexican eatery. Teach your food se

Do not waste your money here. Food was burned. Barely any filling in the soft taco or Crunchwrap - they completely left out the tostada thing that's supposed to make it "crunch." Cheese cup for nachos was barely 1/3 full. Cinnamon twist bag is barely 1/2 full. Chips were stale, hard, and cold. Tortillas were stale and hard. Had to wait for burned food to be remade. I feel like I got 1/2 an order. I mean, seriously? Wish I had read the reviews ahead of time. I won't ever be coming back to this location because it's a complete ripoff. Get it together or close shop already.
