Service was prompt and extreme curtious. The staff was all very attentive. My prime rib (12oz.) was massive and tasted amazing. The loaded baked potato was quite good as well. Desert was the cherry on top, though not the main attraction. I got the carrot cake and it was reasonably portioned, not oversized.

I had high hopes for The Freighthouse, given its 4.6 ⭐️ reputation and the unique setting, but unfortunately my experience didn’t live up to the expectations. I ordered the 20oz Porterhouse, cooked medium-rare. While it was prepared to the correct temperature, it had absolutely no flavor. For a steakhouse of this caliber, seasoning and flavor should be the highlight, and this was deeply disappointing. I paired it with a baked potato, which honestly ended up being the best part of the meal — simple, but actually enjoyable. On the positive side, our server Kristen (or Kirsten) was excellent. S

First off be more organized, Valentine’s Day and it was busy they don’t take reservations so we waited an hour and half to get seated which we accepted, you would think they have buzzers? No they have 2-3 people running around non stop calling out names. I basically paid $150 for kids Mac n cheese and a salad bar as that was the only thing done right here. Steaks I like medium rare, I will eat rare if needed but prefer medium rare. The steak came out definitely raw, cold. Offering to put back on the grill after over 2 plus hours I was like no thanks, I already knew this will be my last time
