I placed my order on the app and was asked not to pull up to the window after arriving so they could game their drive thru timer. The burrito was folded so poorly that the food was falling all out. The food still tasted fine, I just didn’t appreciate having to assemble it. This location also seemed to have higher pricing for some reason.

The delicious burgers were truly memorable; my only regret is that the parking lot lights surrounding the drive-through lane were all unlit. It was pitch black and unsettling—I even encountered a homeless person walking around in the darkness beneath the unlit streetlights in the back! I feel it would be much safer if this area were properly illuminated.

Worst Jack in the Box experience. They didn’t have any sauces available besides buttermilk ranch. How am I supposed to eat mozzarella sticks without marinara sauce? Poor service and poor food quality overall. Definitely disappointed.
