I’ve been a customer of Scratch Kitchen since their old location downtown on Garfield. Sometimes location changes can change the atmosphere and overall function of a restaurant, but from a customer’s pov, this place has only been enhanced. The food is consistently excellent and selections are always fresh and rotational. Intentionality is exactly what comes to mind when I dine here. I almost always go for the Hash bowl, even since years back. It’s truly that good. Any protein options on it will do it justice, but the tofu or chicken really locks in all the flavors. This was a 🎯 HIT. The chicken quesadilla were the best I ever had- tortilla filled with chicken, broccoli, squash, tomatoes and dipped in an avocado sauce. Staff was super friendly, atmosphere was bohemian and organic. It didn't feel like I was in Lafayette. Relaxed and aligned. Strongly suggest.
